The normal working hours on site will be from 07:30am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday. Should the Contractor wish to work outside these normal working hours, he should notify the Project Manager in writing.  The Contractor will only be allowed to work outside the specified hours once the Project Manager has approved the request in writing.  All provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993, and any other applicable legislation, must be adhered to.
