Consolidating Financials. If, for any Testing Period, the percentage of EBITDA attributable to cash distributions received by Parent and its Consolidated Restricted Subsidiaries from Unrestricted Subsidiaries would represent greater than 5% of the EBITDA of Parent and its Consolidated Restricted Subsidiaries for such Testing Period, then Parent shall deliver, within 90 days after the end of each Fiscal Year and within 60 days after the end of each of the first three Fiscal Quarters of each Fiscal Year, a consolidating balance sheet as of the last day of the most recently ended Fiscal Quarter and a consolidating income statement for the most recently ended Fiscal Quarter with respect to its Unrestricted Subsidiaries.
