As of any date of determination, without double-counting, all liabilities of MCRC, the Borrower and their respective Subsidiaries, including guaranties of payment for any Other Investment, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP and classified as such on the consolidated balance sheet of MCRC, the Borrower and their respective Subsidiaries, and all Indebtedness of MCRC, the Borrower and their respective Subsidiaries, whether or not so classified (excluding, to the extent otherwise included in Consolidated Total Liabilities, restricted cash held on account of tenant security and other restricted deposits).
