Common use of Consolidated Current Ratio Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L hereto, to be less than 2.0 to 1.0 as of November 30, 2003 and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L hereto, to be less than 2.0 1.4 to 1.0 as of November 30, 2003 2006, and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003thereafter.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L Q hereto, to be less than 2.0 1.5 to 1.0 as of November September 30, 2003 2004, and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003thereafter.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L N hereto, to be less than 2.0 1.4 to 1.0 as of November 30February 28, 2003 2005, and as of the end of each month after November 30, 2003thereafter.

Consolidated Current Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Current Ratio, as defined herein and calculated pursuant to Exhibit L hereto, to be less than 2.0 1.0 to 1.0 as of November 30, 2003 2002 and as of the end of each month after November 30, 20032002.

Consolidated Current Ratio.
