Common use of Consideration Shares Clause in Contracts

Consideration Shares. 4.1 The Consideration Shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Buyer, including the right to receive all dividends declared, made or paid after the Completion Date (save that they shall not rank for any dividend or other distribution of the Buyer declared made, or paid by reference to a record date before the Completion Date).
