Common use of Consideration for Services Clause in Contracts

Consideration for Services. 3.1 As compensation for carrying out the Services during the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees to pay to the Consultant a signing bonus of $7,500, payable within 30 days of the Effective Date, and a consulting fee in the amount of $10,000 USD per month to be reviewed by the Board on or before January 2018 to approve a compensation change to $12,000 per month. All fees to be paid on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month for the current month, payable in GBP converted at current day exchange rate.
