Conservation Intent. The Grantor and Grantee share the common purpose of preserving the Conservation Values of the Protected Property in perpetuity. Accordingly, the Grantor intends to convey to the Grantee, and the Grantee agrees to accept, the right to protect and preserve the Conservation Values of the Protected Property for the benefit of this generation and generations to come.
