Consequence of Termination. 4.1 Directions regarding location of Specified Equipment etc Immediately before, upon or following termination or expiry of this contract, the Train Operator shall comply or procure compliance with all reasonable directions given by ABP concerning the location of the Specified Equipment and other things left on the Facility.
