Consents Not Unreasonably Withheld or Delayed. Whenever provision is made in this Agreement for either Party to secure the consent or approval of the other, that consent or approval shall not unreasonably be withheld or delayed, and whenever in this Agreement provisions are made for one Party to object to or disapprove a matter, such objection or disapproval shall not unreasonably be exercised.
