Consent to Termination. In addition to the Termination Events set forth in Section 8(a) hereof, this Agreement shall be terminable immediately upon written notice to all of the Parties of the written agreement(s) of the Company and the Requisite Holders to terminate all of their restructuring agreements and the written agreement of the Company and the Undersigned Holder to terminate their restructuring agreement.
