Consent to Phone Calls and Texts. You consent to Atlantic Broadband calling or texting you or authorizing others to call or text you on its behalf, including but not limited to, at any number you provide to Atlantic Broadband (or that Atlantic Broadband issues to you) for any purpose, including marketing Atlantic Broadband’s services. You acknowledge that being included in any state or federal “do not call” list(s) will not be sufficient to remove you from Atlantic Broadband’s phone marketing list. If you ask to have your number placed on Atlantic Broadband’s “do not call” list, we will not call you at that number for marketing purposes. You acknowledge that you are responsible for charges for incoming text messages on your wireless phone(s).

Consent to Phone Calls and Texts. You consent to TVC calling or texting you or authorizing others to call or text you on its behalf, including but not limited to, at any number you provide to TVC (or that TVC issues to you) for any purpose, including marketing TVC’s Services.   • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Recognition of U.S. Special Resolution Regimes (a) In the event a Covered Party becomes subject to a proceeding under a U.S. Special Resolution Regime, the transfer of this Agreement (and any interest and obligation in or under, and any property securing, this Agreement) from such Covered Party will be effective to the same extent as the transfer would be effective under the U.S. Special Resolution Regime if this Agreement (and any interest and obligation in or under, and any property securing, this Agreement) were governed by the laws of the United States or a State of the United States.

  • Ordering of Other UNE Services 2.9.4.1 All LSRs issued for reserved facilities shall reference the facility reservation number as provided by BellSouth. Choice Telephone Company will not be billed any additional LMU charges for the loop ordered on such LSR. If, however, Choice Telephone Company does not reserve facilities upon an initial LMUSI, Choice Telephone Company’s placement of an order for an advanced data service type facility will incur the appropriate billing charges to include service inquiry and reservation per Exhibit B of this Attachment.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
