Common use of Consent of Landlord Clause in Contracts

Consent of Landlord. The obligations of Sublandlord and Subtenant under this Sublease are conditioned and contingent upon Landlord consenting hereto by executing and delivering a counterpart of this Sublease or a separate instrument signifying its consent. In the event Landlord’s consent is not obtained within thirty (30) days after the date hereof, this Sublease shall be null and void, and neither Sublandlord nor Subtenant shall have any further obligations or liability hereunder or to each other with respect to the Subleased Premises.

Consent of Landlord. In the event Landlord’s 's consent is not obtained within thirty (30) days after the date hereof, this Sublease shall be automatically terminate and become null and void, Sublandlord shall return any security deposit and/or any other rent or other consideration paid by Subtenant which has not otherwise been appropriately applied to the payment of Base Rent or other amounts due hereunder, and neither Sublandlord nor Subtenant shall have any further obligations or liability hereunder or to each other with respect to the Subleased Premises.

In the event Landlord’s consent is not obtained within thirty (30) days after the date hereoffor any reason by April 7, 2004, as evidenced by its execution and delivery of this Sublease, this Sublease shall be automatically terminate and become null and void, and neither Sublandlord nor Subtenant shall have any further obligations or liability hereunder or to each other with respect to this Sublease, the Subleased PremisesPremises or the negotiations of the parties.
