Common use of Consent of Landlord Clause in Contracts

Consent of Landlord. Article 14 of the Master Lease requires Sublandlord to obtain the written consent of Landlord to this Sublease. Sublandlord shall solicit Landlord’s consent to this Sublease promptly following the execution and delivery of this Sublease by Sublandlord and Subtenant. In the event Landlord’s written consent to this Sublease has not been obtained within sixty (60) days after the execution hereof, then this Sublease may be terminated by either party hereto upon notice to the other, and upon such termination neither party hereto shall have any further rights against or obligations to the other party hereto.

Consent of Landlord. Article 14 Paragraph 16 of the Master Original Lease requires Sublandlord to obtain the written consent of Landlord to this Sublease. Sublandlord shall solicit Landlord’s 's consent to this Sublease promptly following the execution and delivery of this Sublease by Sublandlord and Subtenant, however Sublandlord makes no representation or warranty that Landlord's consent will be obtained. In the event Landlord’s 's written consent to this Sublease has not been obtained within sixty ten (6010) days after the execution hereof, then this Sublease may be terminated by either party hereto upon notice to the other, and upon such termination neither party hereto shall have any further rights against or obligations to the other party hereto.

Sublandlord shall solicit Landlord’s 's consent to this Sublease promptly following the execution and delivery of this Sublease by Sublandlord and Subtenant. This Sublease is subject to and shall only become effective upon the written consent of Landlord to this Sublease. In the event Landlord’s 's written consent to this Sublease has not been obtained within sixty thirty (6030) days after the execution hereof, then this Sublease may be terminated by either party hereto upon notice to the other, and upon such termination neither party hereto shall have any further rights against or obligations to the other party hereto. 17.

Consent of Landlord. Article 14 48 of the Master Lease requires Sublandlord to obtain the written consent of Landlord to this Sublease. Sublandlord shall solicit Landlord’s 's consent to this Sublease promptly following the execution and delivery of this Sublease by Sublandlord and Subtenant. In the event Landlord’s 's written consent to this Sublease has not been obtained within sixty ninety (6090) days after the execution hereof, then this Sublease may be terminated by either party hereto upon notice to the other, and upon such termination neither party hereto shall have any further rights against or obligations to the other party hereto. Neither Sublandlord nor Subtenant shall be obligated to incur any cost or expense in obtaining Landlord's consent, Subtenant agrees to execute the attornment agreement described in Section 48.5 of the Master Lease if Landlord so requests.

Sublandlord shall solicit Landlord’s 's consent to this Sublease promptly following the execution and delivery of this Sublease by Sublandlord and Subtenant, at Sublandlord's sole cost and expense. In the event Landlord’s 's written consent to this Sublease has not been obtained within sixty forty-five (6045) days after the execution hereof, then this Sublease may be terminated by either party hereto upon notice to the other, and upon such termination neither party hereto shall have any further rights against or obligations to the other party hereto.
