Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. The PCO and the Point of Interconnection (“POI”) are designated on Figure A-1 to this Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities (“CTOAFs”) include the facilities between the PCO and the POI. As depicted in Figure A-1, the CTOAFs include the following major electrical and physical equipment:
