Common use of Connecting Equipment Clause in Contracts

Connecting Equipment. Tenant may use, at no additional charge, the existing connection equipment, such as cables, risers, feeders and materials (collectively, the “Connecting Equipment”) that are currently installed and existing as of the date of execution of this Lease and serving the Premises with comparable replacements of such equipment by or on behalf of Tenant in the shafts, ducts, chases, utility closets and other facilities of the Building and/or Project serving the Premises, subject, however, to Tenant’s compliance with and satisfaction of all Special Use Conditions pertaining thereto for space outside the Premises and/or above the ceilings in the Premises.
