CONGESTION MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS Sample Clauses

CONGESTION MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS. The Transmission Provider will provide Transmission Loading Relief (“TLR”) and congestion management (“CM”) to its Members and Customers as a part of the security coordination, also known as reliability authority, function in order to ensure the reliable and secure operation of the Transmission System. In order to implement RRD, the Transmission Provider will require generators to provide increment offers (Inc Offers) and decrement bids (Dec Bids) for generators with available capacity that can in whole or in part be redispatched to relieve the constraint. An Inc Offer represents the price at which the owner is willing to increase a generator’s output to sell energy as part of the RRD solution.
