Every amendment of ----------------------------------- this Indenture and every supplemental indenture executed pursuant to this Article IX shall conform to the requirements of the Trust Indenture Act as then in effect at the time of such amendment or supplement so long as this Indenture shall then be qualified under the Trust Indenture Act.
