Conformance to Law. If any of the provisions of the Agreement are found by a court or other authority having jurisdiction to be in conflict with or contravene any Federal law or statute, State law or statute, executive order, or any rule and regulation promulgated pursuant to one of the above, such provisions shall be considered null and void and shall not be binding on the parties hereto; in such event, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is thus found to be invalid, either party shall have the right to reopen negotiations on that provision only.
