In the event any federal law conflicts with any provision of this Agreement, the provision or provisions so affected shall no longer be operative or binding upon the parties, but the remaining portion of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. In the event any state law conflicts with any provision of this Agreement, the provision or provisions so affected, unless otherwise negotiated, shall no longer be operative or binding upon the parties, but the remaining portion of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
