CONFLICTS OR INCONSISTENCIES. Vendor shall comply with the terms of this Purchase Order, including any related written agreement entered into by the parties and expressly referenced on the face of this Purchase Order. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order and any such referenced written agreement, the referenced written agreement shall control.
