Conflicts in Scheduling. Scheduling of vacation shall be on the basis of seniority where there is a conflict of scheduling between employees. No employee shall be obliged to schedule a vacation at a time not suitable to themselves. Vacation schedules may be amended by mutual agreement of the University and the employee(s) affected by the change.
