Conflicting Transactions. The culmination of the transactions contemplated hereby and the performance of the obligations of the Authority under and by virtue of this Agreement shall not result in any material breach of, or constitute a default under, any contract, agreement, lease, indenture, bond, note, loan or credit agreement to which it is a party or by which it is bound.
