Conflicting Advice. In case of conflict between directions or advice received by U.S. Trust pursuant to subparagraph (a) of this paragraph and advice received by U.S. Trust pursuant to subparagraph (b) of this paragraph, U.S. Trust shall be entitled to rely on and follow the advice received pursuant to the latter provision alone.
