Conflict with Other Documents. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Amendment and the provisions of the Credit Agreement and/or any other Loan Document, the provisions of this Amendment shall govern and control to the extent of such conflict.
Conflict with Other Documents. In the event of a conflict between (a) this Indenture and (b) the Notes or the Note Guarantees, the terms and provisions of this Indenture shall control. In the event of a conflict between (x) this Indenture and (y) any Security Documents (other than the Intercreditor Agreement), the terms and provisions of this Indenture shall control.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of the Shareholders' Agreement or the Articles then, subject to the provisions of the law of Thailand, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and the parties hereto shall exercise all voting and other rights and powers legally available to them (whether as shareholders or otherwise) to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement. If there is an irreconsilable conflict between a provision of the Agreement and a mandatory provision of the law of Thailand, the parties shall use best efforts to agree on an alternative mechanism or provision which will reflect as closely as possible the intention of the parties as set out in this Agreement and the conflicting provision contained in this Agreement shall be invalid (but only to the extent necessary), provided that such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement.
Conflict with Other Documents. To the extent that the provisions of any of the Transaction Documents conflict with this Amendment No. 1, the terms of this Amendment No. 1 shall govern provided that, the parties acknowledge and agree that if any references to section or paragraph number are not accurately reflected in this Amendment No. 1, then this Amendment No. 0 xxxxx xx xxxnded to reflect such changes without any further actions on the part of any of the parties.
Conflict with Other Documents. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement, on the one hand, and the terms of the Senior Loan Documents or Subordinated Loan Documents, on the other hand, the terms of this Agreement shall control. Lender acknowledges that the Subordinated Loan Documents constitute Permitted Indebtedness and Liens under the Senior Loan Documents, any language contained in the Senior Loan Documents to the contrary notwithstanding.
Conflict with Other Documents. If the provisions of the Loan Application and or Letter of Offer, or any of them conflict with, or are inconsistent with, the provisions of this Terms and Conditions, the provisions of this Terms & Conditions will prevail.

To the extent that the Articles of Incorporation or Code of Regulations of Central, as now in effect or as amended from time to time, shall be inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, this Agreement shall, to the extent permitted by the Corporation Law, control. To the extent that the Articles of Incorporation and Code of Regulations of Central are not inconsistent with this Agreement, such Articles of Incorporation and Code of Regulations shall regulate the internal affairs of Central and the relations of the shareholders of Central among themselves.
Conflict with Other Documents. If and to the extent that any provision of the Notes limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of this Indenture, such provision of this Indenture shall control. In the event of a conflict between (x) this Indenture and (y) any Security Document, the terms and provisions of such Security Document shall control.
Conflict with Other Documents. In the event there is a conflict or inconsistency as to any matter between the provisions hereof and the provisions of any other Loan Document or Secured Document, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency; provided, however, that for the purposes of this Section 14.13 there shall not be considered to be a conflict or inconsistency between any provision hereof and any provision of any other Loan Document or Secured Document merely because such Loan Document or Secured Document does, and this Agreement does not, deal with the particular matter.
