Conflict with Indenture Clause Samples

Conflict with Indenture. To the extent that any provision of this Purchase Contract Agreement relating to the Notes conflicts with or is inconsistent with the Indenture, the Indenture shall govern.

Conflict with Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Second Supplemental Indenture, the Original Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture is inconsistent with any provision of the Original Indenture, the provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this First Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this First Supplemental Indenture is inconsistent with any provision of the Indenture, the provision of this First Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Indenture. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement relating to the Notes conflicts with or is inconsistent with the Indenture, the Indenture shall govern.

Conflict with Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Third Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Third Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Third Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Indenture. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and those of the Indenture, the provisions of the Indenture shall prevail.

Conflict with Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Indenture, the provision of this Supplemental Indenture shall control with regard to the Notes. If any provision of any other supplemental indenture relating to the securities of any other series issued under the Indenture is inconsistent with any provision of the Indenture, the provision of the supplemental indenture relating to the securities of such other series shall control with regard to such securities.

Conflict with Indenture. Where this Agreement requires any action to be taken on any matter and Indenture requests that other action be taken on such an issue and that such acts be mutually exclusive, the provisions of the decision shall be subject to their control. 23.
