Conflict with Common Terms. If there is any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Note Trust Deed Supplement, the provisions of this Note Trust Deed Supplement shall prevail, save for where any provision of this Note Trust Deed Supplement relates to VAT, in which case the provisions of the Common Terms shall prevail.
Conflict with Common Terms. If there is any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

For the purpose of this Agreement the Common Terms shall be governed, read and construed in accordance with Spanish law. SECTION B

If there is any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Arran Funding Note Trust Deed Supplement, the provisions of this Arran Funding Note Trust Deed Supplement shall prevail, save for where any provision of this Arran Funding Note Trust Deed Supplement relates to VAT, in which case the provisions of the Common Terms shall prevail.

If there is any conflict between the Common Terms as incorporated by reference into this Agreement and the other provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of the incorporated Common Terms shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. For the purpose of this Agreement the Common Terms shall be governed, read and construed in accordance with French law.
