Conflict Review Process. Conflict Review Process is used for resolving, at the lowest level possible, conflict between teachers and/or administrators. No teacher shall suffer reprisals or reduction in status as a result of having presented a conflict review process or having been a party of interest in a Conflict Review Process. Representation: Any teacher has the right to have an association representative, of their choosing at all levels of the process. Use of a representative is not mandatory. In order to achieve a resolution satisfactory to all parties concerned, the following steps will be taken:
