Common use of Conflict Resolution Clause in Contracts

Conflict Resolution. The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that necessary conformity analyses and determinations are made efficiently and with limited conflict. The Parties believe this Agreement establishes a means and protocol for consultation and document review that will avoid conflicts and disagreements among the Parties regarding final conformity determinations. Nevertheless, a means must be established to address the possibility that certain conflicts may arise that cannot be resolved among the designated representatives of the Parties. It is the purpose of this Section to address such situations.
