Conflict in Terms. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy and any other MSFN postings, MSFN shall, acting reasonably, reconcile the conflicts. If the conflict cannot be reconciled, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
