Common use of Confiscation Clause in Contracts

Confiscation. 20.1 If, contrary to these terms and conditions, the Tenant (or a visitor) has in their possession at the Building any item which it is illegal to possess, or which is likely to be a danger or nuisance to others, the Management Company will be entitled to remove it in accordance with this clause.
