Common use of Confirmatory Certificate Clause in Contracts

Confirmatory Certificate. If requested by the Lender, the Lender shall have received a certificate dated the date of such requested Loan and signed by a duly authorized representative of the Borrower as to the matters set out in Section 12.02(a) (it being understood that each request by the Borrower for the making of a Loan shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that the conditions precedent set forth in Section 12.02(a) will be satisfied at the time of the making of such Loan, together with such other documents as the Lender may reasonably request in support thereof.
