Confirmation by Company. Company must provide written confirmation to the Fund that instructions from the Fund to restrict or prohibit trading have been executed. Company agrees to provide confirmation as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than ten business days after the instructions have been executed.
Confirmation by Company. The Company must provide written confirmation to the Underwriter that instructions have been executed. The Company agrees to provide confirmation as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than ten business days after the instructions have been executed.

The Company agrees to provide confirmation as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than ten business days after the instructions have been executed.
Confirmation by Company. The Company will allow and confirm everything properly done in accordance with this Agreement by the Manager.
