Confinement. DEPARTMENT will pay Detention Facility the daily per diem rate set forth in this Agreement for each day of confinement. Reimbursement will include the first day of confinement (as described herein), but will not include the last day of confinement when the youth is released/transferred from the custody of the youth detention facility.
Confinement. The minimum confinement to be adjudged for all offenses is a confinement for ________ (days) (months) (years). This agreement includes the accused’s request for, and the convening authority’s approval of, deferment of all confinement suspended pursuant to the terms of this agreement. The period of deferment will run from the date the sentence is adjudged until the date the Entry of Judgment. OR No confinement will be adjudged. Confinement. If the Insured is Injured due to an Accident and is continuously confined to Hospital or to the Insured’s home except for attending medical appointments, starting on the 31st day of continuous confinement we will pay:

Confinement. 30.3.1 (a) In this clause confinement is defined in relation to a female employee who has become pregnant, as the birth of a child, or other termination of the pregnancy, that occurs not earlier than 20 weeks before the expected date of birth of the child.
Confinement. If the insured is injured due to an accident and is continuously confined to hospital or to the insured’s home except for attending medical appointments, we pay $750 per full month under the Premium Plan with a maximum of thirty thousand ($30,000) dollars and $500 per month under the Plus or Lite Plan with a maximum of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars. This benefit starts on the 31st day of continuous confinement under a physician’s care and ends when the insured’s continuous confinement ends or after 40 months, whichever comes first. We cover only one period of continuous confinement per accident.
Confinement. State will pay TLYSC the daily per diem rate set forth in this Contract for each day of confinement. Reimbursement will include the first day of confinement (as defined in Section 1. herein) but will not include the last day of confinement when the Youth Detainee is released/transferred from the custody of TLYSC.
