Common use of Confidentiality Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Undertaking. 32.1 Each of the Banks undertakes to keep the Confidential Information confidential and not to disclose it to anyone except as provided for by Clause 32.2, to ensure that the Confidential Information is protected with security measures and a degree of care that would apply to its own confidential information, and to use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of this Agreement.
