Confidentiality Restrictions. The Product is a trade secret, copyrighted and proprietary product. Licensee and its employees will keep the Product strictly confidential, and Licensee will not disclose or otherwise distribute or reproduce any Product to anyone other than as authorized under the terms of Contract.
