CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” as such policy may be amended from time to time, and to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “'s "Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” " as such policy may be amended from time to time, and to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser Sub-Adviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” as such policy may be amended from time to time, and to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “Policy Policies and Procedures Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” as such policy may be amended from time to time, and to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “'s "Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” , Amended and Restated Effective December 15, 2004", a copy of which is attached hereto as such policy may be amended from time to timeAppendix C, and to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” as such policy may be amended from time to time, and which shall be provided to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential informationthe Subadviser.

The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with and employ safeguards to maintain the Trust’s “Policy Regarding Disclosure confidentiality of Portfolio Holdings,” such information as such policy may be amended from time the Subadviser uses to time, and to prohibit safeguard the confidentiality of its employees from trading on any such own confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “'s "Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” " as such policy may be amended from time to timetime and as provided by the Adviser to the Subadviser, and to establish and maintain policies and procedures reasonably designed prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” ”, as such policy may be amended from time to time. The Trust shall provide the Subadviser with any such amendments. The Subadviser will keep in place a policy on ixxxxxx xxxxxxx, as amended from time to time, and to shall prohibit its employees from trading on any in violation of such confidential informationpolicy.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,Holdings Procedures” effective January 1, 2012”, a copy of which is attached hereto as such policy Appendix C, as may be amended from time to time, and to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “'s "Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” ", as such policy may be amended from time to time. The Trust shall provide the Subadviser with any such amendments. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” attached hereto as Appendix B, as such policy may be amended and provided to Subadviser from time to time, and to prohibit its employees from trading on any such confidential information.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRUST PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Subadviser agrees to treat Trust portfolio holdings as confidential information in accordance with the Trust’s “'s "Policy Regarding Disclosure of Portfolio Holdings,” ", as such policy may be amended from time to time. The Trust shall provide the Subadviser with any such amendments. The Subadviser will keep in place a policy on insider trading, as amended fxxx xxxx xx xxxx, and to shall prohibit its employees from trading on any in violation of such confidential informationpolicy.
