Confidentiality Deed. BACKGROUND
Confidentiality Deed. Each party acknowledges and agrees that they continue to be bound by the Confidentiality Deed after the date of this agreement in respect of all information received by it from the other party on, before or after the date of this agreement and that the terms of this agreement will prevail over the terms of the Confidentiality Deed to the extent of any inconsistency.

Confidentiality Deed. Subject to the clause 19.2, the existence and terms of this agreement are taken to be confidential information to which the Confidentiality Agreement applies.
Confidentiality Deed. The Participant must, if it has not already, execute a CBH Confidentiality Deed and return it to the CBH Event Owner immediately upon receipt of it. Request for Bid Response Confidentiality Without limiting the requirements of any Confidentiality Deed executed pursuant to this RFx Event (if any), this RFx Event and any other Information may not be used for any purpose other than the preparation of the Bid Response(s) and may not (without the Company’s prior written consent), be disclosed or released to any other third party. Where a Confidentiality Deed between the Company and Participant is executed, the Confidentiality Deed terms are extended to the Participant’s employees, consultants, agents or any persons whom the Participant supplies the Information. Public Announcements Neither the Participant nor the Company shall make any public announcements or disclosures regarding the RFx Event, any Bid Response(s) or otherwise without prior written consent of the other party (except as required by any applicable law or regulation).
Confidentiality Deed. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) and clause 10.6, the Subscriber agrees to abide by the obligations imposed on Holdco under the Confidentiality Deed as if it were a pafty to that Deed.
