Receiving Party will protect the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information in the same manner that it protects the confidentiality of its own proprietary and confidential information, but in no event using less than a reasonable standard of care. Uber shall comply with the then-current version of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”) and Uber and its designated payment service provider will remain PCI-DSS certified and compliant at all times during the Term of the Agreement.
