Conferences and Events. The principal focus for year 2 is to recruit early users of the system and to grow awareness about the tools, services and pilot deployments of the project. We will provide a detailed report on our attendance at conferences and meetings in Year 1 during our EC Review. Briefly stated, however, the project was represented through presentations, papers, one poster and general briefings at 10 national and international events, as well as issuing press releases and one appearance on national radio. We have identified the following events at which we will either be represented or submit papers. We will promote uptake of our tools as they are deployed and gather user feedback. Conferences and Events. From time to time during the Term of the Agreement, Grantee may organize conferences or other events open to industry representatives or the general public related to the Project, the subject matter of the Project or associated work of Grantee or its Collaborators. In consideration of the Grant, up to two (2) representatives of Grantor may attend such conferences and events for the purposes of sharing information between Grantee, its Collaborators and other constituents, and Grantor. Grantee shall provide Grantor reasonable advance notice of any such conferences and events. Grantor will not be charged registration fees to attend such events.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

  • Conferences At the request of the State or the Engineer, conferences shall be provided at the Engineer's office, the office of the State, or at other locations designated by the State. Requests for attendance are submitted through the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor, and forwarded to the President/Superintendent for approval at his/her sole discretion. A follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
