Common use of Conference Clause in Contracts

Conference. At the request of the FBCTRA, the Engineer shall provide appropriate personnel for conferences at its offices, or attend conferences at the various offices of the FBCTRA, or at the site of the Project, and shall permit inspections of its offices by the FBCTRA, or others when requested by the FBCTRA.
