Conference Facilities. Subject to availability, and prior reservation in accordance with any reasonable procedures implemented by Landlord and provided in writing to Tenant, Tenant shall have the right to use the meeting and training rooms and the auditorium located in Building 4 (collectively, the “CONFERENCE FACILITIES”) in common with Landlord and other tenants of the Project, to the extent otherwise permitted by Landlord. The use of such facilities shall be subject to such reasonable rules and requirements as Landlord may establish and provide in writing to Tenant, and to all other provisions of this SECTION 1.3. In no event shall Tenant’s right to use such facilities have precedence over Landlord’s use thereof (unless the facilities have been previously reserved by Tenant in accordance with Landlord’s reasonably established rules and requirements). Notwithstanding any other provision herein to the contrary, Landlord reserves the right, upon written notice to Tenant, (a) to retain a third party operator to operate the Conference Facilities, or (b) to lease the Conference Facilities to a third party, provided, however, in either such case, Landlord shall provide for the right of Tenant to rent, or otherwise use, the Conference Facilities listed below on substantially the same basis as set forth in this Lease. Tenant shall pay Landlord a fee for usage of the meeting rooms and auditorium in accordance with the then current schedule set by Landlord, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Conference Facilities. The Contractor must be able to provide all items detailed on the price schedule for conference participants or submit a response that includes subcontracting for these services. If a geographic area for the conference is defined, distance will be measured using Google Maps™.
Conference Facilities. From and after the Occupancy Date, and continuing during the Term, subject, however, to the terms of Section 11.10(b) and this Section 11.12, Landlord shall open and operate a commercially reasonable conference center facility (the "Conference Facilities") located on the ground floor of the Tower Building and as more particularly shown on the preliminary plans attached hereto as Exhibit S, which shall be available, on a non-exclusive basis, to all tenants of the Complex. The Conference Facilities shall be operated in a manner consistent with the Complex Standard and shall provide, at a minimum, the services and amenities set forth on Exhibit S. The costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Conference Facilities shall be subject to recoupment to the extent permitted under Article 6 of this Lease.
Conference Facilities. Specifications The Conference Facilities will include approximately 6,000 net square feet of conference and related space and will be constructed in accordance with the programming, components and other specifications set forth in the Conference Facilities Agreement. Ownership The City will own the Conference Facilities; provided that additional details regarding the ownership, financing and operating relationship between the Hotel and Conference Facilities are detailed in the Hotel Project Agreement and Conference Facilities Agreement. Budget The budget for the Conference Facilities will be not more than that specified in Exhibit I, which sum shall be financed by the City from the issuance of the Bonds. Proposed Commencement Date and Deadline for Delivery Commencement Date: March 1, 2017 Deadline for Delivery: December 31, 2018.
Conference Facilities. Conference Facilities include the convention center and AFP Conference hotels, including hospitality suites and other function space. FUNCTIONS AND RECEPTIONS AFP will have space available in the convention center for exhibitors/sponsors to host product demonstrations, client meetings, and/or user groups. Exhibitors/Sponsors wishing to use such designated space should contact AFP. Exhibitors and Sponsors may not host events (including, without limitation, product demonstrations, client meetings, and user groups) outside the designated space that conflict with official conference hours. Companies who do not either exhibit or sponsor are not allowed to host any events or reserve/rent space in any Conference Facility during the conference. Please contact AFP for more information. EXHIBIT HALL RULES & REGULATIONS No one under the age of 21 is permitted to attend any conference function or will be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time. AFP reserves the right to alter the exhibit hall floor plan to ensure continuity of the display area.
Conference Facilities. The Club shall provide the PFD with reasonable access to conference rooms at the Ballpark for use in the conduct of the PFD’s business. Such access may be subject to reasonable restriction during events in the Ballpark, or to protect confidentiality of Club information. The Club will endeavor to provide the PFD with the opportunity to schedule necessary conference room space on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to established Club scheduling practices which have been provided in writing by the Club to the PFD and exceptional priority needs of the Club. The PFD will use its best efforts to utilize the Ballpark concessionaire designated by the Club to the extent such use is commercially reasonable for any food and beverages to be served within the conference rooms, at PFD expense, and comply with other Club rules and regulations generally applicable to users of such space which have been provided in writing by the Club to the PFD.
Conference Facilities. Landlord shall have the right to use the “Conference Facilities” (as defined below) for purposes of hosting Landlord's in-house training programs, and/or accommodating other community events, as follows and in a manner consistent with the State Tidelands Grant, public trust uses, and applicable Laws:
