CONDUCT OF RESIDENT a. As a Resident you are in a University group living situation in which students are assigned space in residence halls and apartments shared with other students. Resident agrees to respect the rights of other residents and all other members of the University community, and to behave in a manner conducive to the harmonious group living environment developed and fostered by each Residential Life Office. Furthermore, Resident is responsible for the activities and behavior of their guests, and all guests should be accompanied by a responsible Resident. University may terminate this Contract and/or future contracts if Resident demonstrates an ongoing inability to abide by the requirements and expectations for such group living.

CONDUCT OF RESIDENT a. Resident(s) agrees not to harass, annoy, or endanger any other Resident, neighbor or other person, or create or maintain a nuisance, or disturb the peace or solitude or quiet enjoyment of any other Resident, neighbor or other person, or commit waste in or about the Premises.
CONDUCT OF RESIDENT. Resident shall comply with all governmental laws, ordinances and regulations, and Apartment and Community Guidelines furnished to Resident or other rules and regulations posted on the Premises. Resident agrees that Resident or Resident's guests shall not: (a) be loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful; (b) disturb or threaten the rights, comfort, health, safety or convenience of anyone in or near the Premises including the employees and agents of Owner; (c) disturb or disrupt the business operations of the apartment community; (d) engage in or threaten violence against others; (e) display, discharge, or possess a gun, knife or other weapon on the Premises in a way that may alarm others; (f) possess, sell or manufacture illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia; (g) operate a business on the Premises; (h) bring or store hazardous materials on the Premises;
CONDUCT OF RESIDENT a. Resident is subject to the University group living environment in which Residents are assigned space shared with other Residents. Resident agrees to respect the rights of other occupants and all other members of the University community, and to behave in a manner conducive to the harmonious group living environment developed and fostered by each Housing Office. Furthermore, Resident is responsible for the activities and behavior of their guests. University may terminate this Agreement if Resident demonstrates an ongoing inability to abide by the requirements and expectations for such group living.
CONDUCT OF RESIDENT. If at Landlord’s sole discretion, Landlord determines the conduct of Resident or his/her guests objectionable, or if Resident fails to occupy and maintain the Unit in a safe and careful manner, or if Resident or his/her guests disturb neighbors, Landlord may terminate the lease by giving three days’ notice to Resident.
CONDUCT OF RESIDENT a. RESIDENT will work cooperatively with UNIVERSITY to maintain a safe and secure environment where individuals accept responsibility for inappropriate behaviors.

CONDUCT OF RESIDENT. Resident shall comply with all written rules and regulations furnished to Resident or posted in the common areas of the property with respect to Resident’s conduct in, on, and around the property and the Unit (including the Premises). Resident agrees that Resident or Resident’s guests or the Roommates or their respective guests shall not: (i) be loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful; (ii) disturb or threaten the rights, comfort, health, safety or convenience of anyone in or near the apartment community; (iii) disturb or disrupt the business operations of the apartment community; (iv) engage in or threaten violence; (v) display, discharge, or possess a gun, knife or other weapon; (vi) possess, sell or manufacture illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia in the Unit and Premises or anywhere else at the property; (vii) operate a business in the Unit and Premises or at the property; (viii) bring or store hazardous materials in the Unit and Premises or at the property; or (ix) be involved in or commit criminal activity, including being arrested for a criminal offense involving actual or potential physical harm to another person or involving possession, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana or drug paraphernalia. Residents or their guest’s may not use on any part of the apartment or apartment grounds candles, kerosene lamps, heaters or water furniture without prior written permission of management. Residents and their guests may not xxxx on unit balconies, patios or anywhere outside of the apartment except in any common area specifically designated for such use by management. Resident shall maintain and clean all patios, the Premises and other areas which are reserved for the Residents private or semi-private use; garbage shall be disposed of only in appropriate receptacles. In the event that trash is not disposed of in appropriate receptacles, Owner shall have the right to assess Resident, and Resident shall be required to pay a $50 trash fee for each trash bag not placed in an appropriate receptacle. In addition to the foregoing, Resident shall be responsible for keeping the Unit and Premises in a good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted and shall be liable for and shall pay all costs and expenses for damages to the Premises and Unit including, but not limited to, replacing or repairing all broken or damaged furnishings, furniture, fixtures, or damage to walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, doors or windows, reg...
CONDUCT OF RESIDENT. Resident must comply with Apartment and Community Guidelines furnished to Resident or other rules and regulations posted on the Premises. Resident agrees that Resident or Resident's guests must not: (a) be loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, create noxious odors, or unlawful; (b) disturb or threaten the rights, comfort, health, safety or convenience of anyone in or near the Premises including the employees and agents of Owner; (c) disturb or disrupt the business operations of the apartment community; (d) engage in or threaten violence against others ; (e) display, discharge, or possess a gun, knife or other weapon on the Premises in a way that may alarm others; (f) possess, sell or manufacture illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia (including marijuana which is Controlled Substance under federal law; (g) operate a business on the Premises; (h) bring or store hazardous materials on the Premises; (i) damage or soil any portions of the Premises or (ii) be involved in or commit criminal activity whether or not on the Premises and whether or not arrest occurs.   • Conduct of Research The Parties shall use Diligent Efforts to conduct their respective tasks, as assigned under the Research Plan, throughout the Mode of Action Program and shall conduct the Mode of Action Program in good scientific manner, and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of applicable laws, rules and regulations and all applicable good laboratory practices to attempt to achieve their objectives efficiently and expeditiously.

  • Conduct of Business by Company During the period from the date of this Agreement and continuing until the earlier of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms or the Effective Time, Company shall, except to the extent that Parent shall otherwise consent in writing, carry on its business in the usual, regular and ordinary course, in substantially the same manner as heretofore conducted and in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Legal Requirements, pay its debts and Taxes when due subject to good faith disputes over such debts or Taxes, pay or perform other material obligations when due, and use its commercially reasonable efforts consistent with past practices and policies to (i) preserve intact its present business organization, (ii) keep available the services of its present officers and employees, and (iii) preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers, licensors, licensees, and others with which it has business dealings. In addition, Company will promptly notify Parent of any event that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Company. In addition, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, except as expressly contemplated by this Agreement or provided in Part 4.1 of the Company Disclosure Letter, without the prior written consent of Parent, during the period from the date of this Agreement and continuing until the earlier of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms or the Effective Time, Company shall not do any of the following and shall not permit any Company Subsidiaries to do any of the following:

  • Conduct of Parent During the Pre-Closing Period, except as (i) expressly required or expressly contemplated by this Agreement, (ii) set forth in Section 6.05 of the Parent Letter, (iii) required by applicable Law or (iv) consented to in advance in writing by the Company (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), Parent shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, (A) conduct its business in all material respects in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice and (B) use its reasonable best efforts to preserve intact in all material respects its business organization and material business relationships with suppliers, vendors, Governmental Authorities, customers and other Persons with which Parent has material business relationships; provided, that neither Parent nor any of its Subsidiaries shall be required (or shall without the Company’s prior consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) to make any payments to its business relationship counterparties, beyond that paid in the ordinary course of business in order to maintain such business relationships. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Pre-Closing Period, except as (w) expressly required or expressly contemplated by this Agreement, (x) set forth in Section 6.05 of the Parent Letter, (y) required by applicable Law or (z) consented to in advance in writing by the Company (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), Parent shall not, and shall cause its Subsidiaries not to:

  • Conduct of Business of Parent Except as contemplated by this Agreement, from the date of this Agreement until the Effective Time, Parent will not do, and will not permit any of its subsidiaries to do, any of the following without the prior written consent of the Company (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed):
