Conduct Dismissal Clause Samples

The Conduct Dismissal clause establishes the right of an employer to terminate an employee's employment due to inappropriate or unacceptable behavior. Typically, this clause outlines the types of conduct that may lead to dismissal, such as gross misconduct, repeated violations of company policies, or actions that harm the company's reputation. By clearly defining the grounds and process for dismissal based on conduct, this clause helps ensure workplace standards are maintained and provides a clear framework for addressing serious behavioral issues.
