Common use of Conduct and Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Conduct and Cooperation. CONTRACTOR and its employees and representatives are subject to the same rules of conduct as COUNTY’S employees when using COUNTY facilities and equipment. CONTRACTOR and its employees may be subject to additional clearances, obligations, and conditions depending on the nature of the COUNTY facility or equipment being utilized. CONTRACTOR and its employees will cooperate with COUNTY in providing any additional information, signing any forms or acknowledgments, and in reasonably participating as a potential witness in any investigations undertaken under COUNTY policies in which CONTRACTOR or its employees might have information.
