Condominium Rules and Regulations. Any rule or regulation issued under the Condominium Documents shall, for the purposes of Section 18.1 of the Lease be deemed to be a Rule or Regulation promulgated by Landlord and shall be subject to the same limitations and conditions as are applicable to other Rules and Regulations promulgated by Landlord, as set forth in said Section 18.1.
