CONDITIONS TO MAKING INITIAL LOANS. The obligation of each Lender to make Loans on the Closing Date are subject to the satisfaction, immediately prior to or concurrently with the making of such Loan, of the following conditions precedent, in addition to the conditions precedent set forth in Section 5.02 hereof:
