Common use of Conditions to Initial Loans Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Initial Loans. The agreement of each Lender to make the initial Loan requested to be made by it, and of the Issuing Lender to issue the Letter of Credit, is subject to the satisfaction, immediately prior to or concurrently with the making of the initial Loans on the Closing Date, of the following conditions precedent:
