Conditions Precedent to All Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations. The effectiveness of this Agreement, and the obligation of each Lender to make any Loan requested to be made by it on any Funding Date on or after the Effective Date and the agreement of the Collateral Agent to provide or arrange for any Letter of Credit Accommodation on any date on or after the Effective Date is subject to the satisfaction of each of the following conditions precedent as of each such date:
