Conditions of Administration. The Parties agree to cause the Conditions of Administration to be amended and restated as set forth in Annex B to this Amended and Restated Amendment No. 1 (the "Second Amended and Restated Conditions of Administration") promptly upon the execution of this Amended and Restated Amendment No. 1.
