Conditions for Transfers of Receivables. The transfers and absolute assignments of the Receivables and the other related Additional Transferor Transferred Property on each Acquisition Date will be subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions on or before such Acquisition Date; provided that the delivery of the Acquisition Notice in clause (i) below shall be deemed to be satisfied as long as such Acquisition Notice is delivered no later than the Payment Date related to the Collection Period in which such Acquisition Date occurs:
